Shifting the Mindset- Exercise beyond the scale

Removing numbers (scale, measurement, photos) away from exercise can take a lot of time, b/c we've been taught that aesthetics should be our main focus when it comes to exercise. But bodies change and shift over a lifetime, how can we create a compassionate relationship with exercise that exceeds focusing on our outer shell. So that we can do it and adjust it- for a lifetime?
In these mini-courses, I'll be going over ways to help you learn to view exercise beyond what mainstream marketing has told you to believe.
