When you’re learning to approach exercise differently- practice taking that rest break is important.
But how do we do that?
By first practicing “the pause”
And here’s one way to do so.
Next time you’re outside walking
Stop.
Gain your footing & balance and
Look up.
Extend your neck
Let your jaw OPEN
Take in the vastness of the sky.
And breath.
