And being able to recognize those feelings is important when it comes to healing your relationship with exercise.

A 1:1 client came to the session last week feeling ‘meh’ so we grabbed our walking sticks and map and explored “what that felt like” for them.

This particular client stated that they’d been disconnected from their body for so long, that they had never thought about it-
-
But one thing we did discover- after asking questions is—
what they were NOT feeling.
Which is a great first step to discovering what a feeling DOES ‘feel’ like…
