These 7 minutes sessions are a great reminder that you don't need to have one day dedicated to ONE thing. All your exercises don't NEED to be strength ones- or cardio ones. You can MIX it up BY MASHING IT UP. Maybe do one weighted movement and then a stretch, maybe do some jumping jacks and then a childs' pose. If you want to have a wonderful life long relationship with movement- this is ONE way to do that. MASH IT UP!
