I delete all social media from my phone on the weekends.
I’ve been doing this for over 6 months now and so far (in my life at this time) it works for me to continue to show up for the business.

I tried other ways that worked for other people, but none of them worked for me.
I knew I had to find something that worked for me, bc my mental health,
the business,
the 10K-ish ragamuffins on here -
I knew I wanted to nurture.

I hope to still be (in some way) doing this work until I’m 89, so I have to find sustainable ways to show up.
And this is what works for me.
If you want exercise and movement to be a part of your life for the long haul, figuring out ways to show up that are sustainable for you (at this point in your life/season) is key.
