What you'll NEED:
BASE:
-1 head of cauliflower
-1 canned (drained) chickpeas
-1 tsp Olive Oil
-Tortillas (of your choice)
SPICE RUB:
-1tsp (cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, chili powder (i omit this for my kiddo), and coconut powder
-1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp pepper
CABBAGE SLAW:
- 1 bag of cole slaw mix
-1/2 mayo or veganaise
-1/2 tsp (dijon mustard, maple syrup_
-1.5 tsp apple cider vinegar
-1/4 tsp celery salt
-pinch o pepper
-1 tsp water
-Juice of a lime (i didn't have one, so I used a lemon in the video and it was fine.

Putting it together:
-Pre Heat Oven 375, Make the BBQ RUB and put the cut cauli on a baking sheet with the chickpeas- add some olive oil and rub and bake for 25-30 minutes.
-Make the slaw (put all the slaw ingredients in a bowl and mix
Warm up the tortillas, top with chickpea/cauli and slaw and add whatever toppings that sound good to you!
