Turn Grill on, then In the Kitchen for prep: Spread seasoning on both sides (all over chicken)
Once grill is heat up, put chicken on top rack.
FLIP/Rotate chicken EVERY 7 minutes for 28 (ish) minutes.
Then, flip and bring to bottom rack and smother one side with sauce. (cook for another 5)
Flip then smother sauce on other side- grill for another 5 minutes.
DONE.
****always use your own discretion with raw meat, cook until done (what you think is done)
