When it comes to healing our relationship with exercise, one of the things we examine is our language around it.

Here’s an example of using 3 words, when one would suffice.

Non Scale Victories.

Let’s take two words to the chopping block and ONLY call them victories.

When we start recognizing the small wins, the medium wins, and the big wins (according to your journey) so many awesome connections to exercise get made.

Today, we’re going to “tell it like it is” and call it a victory.

Improved awareness around how you talk to yourself during a rest break = VICTORY!

Improved balance during dressing = VICTORY!

Feeling overall better on a day to day basis = VvvvvvicTORY!
