While filming today, I said, "rotate your hips and throw your arms up like you're throwing a potato sack over your shoulder"

This wouldn't have stopped anyone if they knew my quirky side- but it stopped me mentally. "being a potato sack" (I know, stay with me) reminded me of a relationship I once had, that I now grieve.
The relationship has shifted, but-- I started to feel sadness within me while I was teaching, and I wanted to touch on how exercise can bring up a lot of emotions for folks (especially if they're connecting with their body.

I hope that I create a safe space for you all to feel whatever it is you're feeling in the moment (or in the workout) I hope that I lead you to connect to your body more than to disconnect from it.
