This program has follow along calendars for Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced, all with various session per week options.
If you're in a season of 2 times per week, pick your level and follow the calendar!
This program consists of Spin workouts, weighted and cardio workouts and balance and stretch ones too!
LEVEL: MULTI-LEVEL
TIME: 20(ish) Minutes // 1-5 Days Per/Week
EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Spin or Upright Bike, Weights, (optional foam roller and Kettlebell for one session) Weights can be used in place of KB
