  • Seated HIIT Marcia 45; All Levels

    Episode 1

    In this Seated HIIT workout, we'll be doing 2 exercises for 2 rounds. The work/rest ratios are 35/10, but always take a rest break when you need it!

    Episode 2

    In this HIIT workout, we'll be doing 2 exercises for 3 rounds. The work/rest ratios are 45/15 but always take a rest break when you need it!

  • No Repeat Standing Workout, Intermediate 45; Limestone

    Episode 4

    In this 45 minute workout, you'll be completing 6 circuits of total body exercises. (40" Work / 15" Rest) with a 50" rest break in between each circuit.

    In this class, we'll be focusing on various exercises to focus on improving your flexibility, mobility and balance. Leaving you feeling warm and energized.

    NOTE: In this particular video, the BEEPS are difficult to hear. Please be aware that this is not normally the case.
    This workout is an up/down pyramid. We'll be alternating the amount of time we work vs. rest throughout- but always take a rest break when you need it!

  • BYOB (No Equipment; Walking Workout) Intermediate Betsy 45

    Episode 11

    In this no equipment walking workout, we'll do various low impact movement for 60 seconds with 30 seconds of walking/rest breaks in between, making it continual movement. Always take a break whenever you need it though!

  • Stretch, Mobility, & Balance; All Levels / Anastassia 40

    In this no equipment, all level mobility class, we'll doing various standing movements to give each joint some attention

    In this 45 minute workout, you'll need a STEP in order to compete. You will be doing 6 circuits in the 45 minute version. Make sure (as far as the step goes- you choose something that you feel safe and secure to step up onto)

    A mix of gentle movements and movement that will challenge your balance. This video will leave you with a sense of warmth as well as challenge some of your standing balance.

  • 45 Minute UPPER BODY STRENGTH (with weights) Intermediate; Summer Rae

    Episode 18

    In this Upper-body focused Strength workout, we'll be doing 1 upper-body exercises for 3 rounds for a total of 12 circuits . Work times will decrease throughout (45"/35"/25") and rest will be 15" between each set. Always take a rest break when you need it!
