I'm experiencing a couple of differences in technical things and I'm not sure if that's coming from you or a change that vimeo has made to the platform.
* I am unable to login to the channel on my ipad. I used to be able to but now when I enter my email address to sign in, when I click next it remains on the enter email page and doesn't ask for my password. My ipad is quite old so it could be my own issue, but I was able to access the channel on it in the past.
* the function of skipping in the videos (on the laptop) has become a bit more fiddly - I find the place I want to be at and click on it, but then when I move the mouse away the tracking of the video follows it. I'm not sure if that makes sense, but thought I'd mention it in case it was something you had done?
Still loving all the videos!! Just wanted to mention this in case it's helpful :)

Oh No, Thank you for bringing this to me! A couple of questions so I can further clarify:
1.) Is it only your ipad you're having trouble Logging into (or is it the same across all devices?)
2.) What is the current operating system on your ipad? (you can find this in the upper left hand corner (apple icon) and it should be listed under "about this mac"
3.) That's super weird about the skipping- This is something I will look into as well.
For clarification, I know that I have not technically answered any of your questions- I have this noted on my to-do list this week to further investigate- so once you get me to Q1 and Q2, I will go further.

1) Yes, only my ipad is having issues. I can login fine on my laptop and phone.
2) The operating system on the ipad is 10.3.4. Because the hardware is so old I can't update the software any further. Maybe vimeo has updated in the last couple of months and no longer works with older operating systems?

Anna, still working on this- on the webpage, it says that there should be a "HELP" button on the footer of the webpage (even when you're logged out of the account)
It also says "if they're logged in, they'll also see the help link next to their profile button in the top-right corner of the page
I'm trying to contact them on my end, but let me know if this option is available.

I've got a feeling that vimeo is just not working with my system anymore - when I click on the help button a blank page loads.
Let me know if you get any luck on your end but if not that's no problem, I can still access on other devices so that's ok.
Let me look more into this, there was something happening on my end- and vimeoOTT instructed me to "clear Cache" and it helped. I have no idea what this means, or does- kinda like a clear history- but it helped!
