Sorry I've been quiet lately. I had a back injury and had to take a break from movement for a little while. I'm so glad to be getting back into it again :) and I have to say a massive thank you for giving options for supporting our bodies when in the bent over position for rows/tricep kick back type exercises. While I'm building up my strength again I was worried that position would feel unstable and that I'd need to skip those exercises, but you are all over it with the super helpful modifications. It makes the movements accessible and I really appreciate it. Thanks so much!! :) :)
Oh yes, this is wonderful to hear--> NOT THE BACK INJURY!!! but the part about the ways to offer support while working through that. I hope you're okay and on the up and up-

Thanks for everything you do and for giving such a helpful perspective on movement. Knowing that its 'ok' to listen to my body and just do what I can without pushing myself too far means I've been able to do some movement this week and know that if it's not the longest and hardest workout ever it's still worthwhile. Thanks for teaching us that! Appreciate you too!!
Anne, messages like these (and all your other ones) give me so much life as I continue to build the subscription. I appreciate you continuing to tell me these things and things you'd like to see. I hope in the future to have a group class that you might have a chance at attending!
