I LOVE this movement channel, I have never been as consistent with movement as the past 5 months as a subscriber, so THANK YOU.
I have a wish for a future video, if it makes sense for you to make one. I am enjoying all of your workouts, but everytime there is a push up involved, I get stuck. I have never in my life been able to do a real push up, not on the knees, not on the incline, even the wall feels extremely difficult. Don't know if I'm simply doing it wrong.
I would love to learn how to do a push up someday, and that brings me to my wish:
Is it in any way possible to make a short series or something like that, that can lead me to be able to do a push up? A guide to push ups...? :-) Just a thought. I dream of being able to do one someday, haha.
Anyways, so happy I subscribed and thank you for all the great workouts.

I can insert a link, but after you watch this one (it's located under "form) let me know if it clarifies how to set up on the wall for you, and I can also add some exercises for you to strengthen your upper body.
