I absolutely love the 5mm options. These allow me to warm up, move my body and cool down without even realizing I worked out for 15 minutes. Yesterday I completed the 5 min standing core, the angry movement( and really weird but I left smiling after ;) ), and finished with the 5-minute gentle movement. IT was exactly what I needed because when I woke up I didn't even want to get out of bed, but I know that in just 5 minutes I will feel better.
