I just did Party favour - 30 min no repeat intermediate - it was great! Feeling really good :)
Just a little bit of feedback - I think it finished with only having done leg lifts on one side. All of a sudden it was time for cool down. I went back and repeated the leg lifts on the other side so was all good. But just thought it might be handy to know
