I love when you give standing core options. I am wondering if there is a 5 mm that is focused on a standing core. If not, I would love to see one. ;)

Yes!!!!! The 5 min standing core is transforming my relationship with core exercise in general. I love how truly portable it is if I don’t have to get in the floor.
I’d love to see “standing” five minuters for strengthening other areas, too (like “upper body” or “arms” or “lower body”).

I am going to say it again...I am so thankful for the standing core option. Today I did the"black tea" no repeat and there were some core moves. Last week I stuck with the standing option, and today I felt like I could try the laying down option, and I cmpleted it all laying down. THe standing core helped me engage and concentrate more on my breath...it felt sooo good to build some confidence and get on the ground, when I thought I couldnt do it.
