Oh, actually, one thought I did have. Not feedback but an idea... could you do a short video on push up technique please? You give a few pointers during the workouts but I'm not sure if I'm interpreting them correctly. Maybe something a bit more close up on the placement of your hands and where your arms go, talking through it so we can check we have the correct form?

Just did the new dance one, it was great! Got the email about it this morning and it was perfect because I did a big walk yesterday and wanted to move today but nothing too strenuous, so it was just right. And then once I was moving and enjoying myself I decided to add on a little 20 min HIIT as well :)
I did the Christina upper body and really appreciated the progression of the 1-1-2's. Such a good level of challenge for when singles get easy but doubles are just out of reach.

Just finished a Choreographed Dance and it was so much fun! I have missed group dance fitness clases and this is just what my mood needed this morning. Hubby deployed during the holidays can make my heart heavy! Thank you Jamie!
