I just did the gummis one (30 mins, beginner, no repeat, dumbells) - really enjoyed it! I had been planning to workout this afternoon but when it came time I was a bit tired so I went for the 30 min beginner option (instead of 45 intermediate) and it was just what I needed and felt really good. Thanks! I liked the addition of weights in the no repeat too. Thanks for providing so many wonderful options so we can listen to our bodies when choosing a video, not only during the workout

I have to tell you something funny... I was just doing the new Emma (live recorded) workout and Natalia walked into the room, saw you were on the screen and said 'remember, the timer and I are just guides' (imitating you) and then two seconds later in the video you said the exact same thing!! haha.
I truely hope that all these messages you give are seeping in to her and that when she's older it will be a protective factor in her relationship with her body and exercise.
