In July, I'm dropping some new videos that will be edited a little differently than what you all are used to. I would LOVE any feedback from you on what your thoughts were when you give them a try:
I edited them on my own this month- so for July (the no repeat classes) let me know how the sound is, if you like having the videos with me talking better or would rather have them split (me talking on some and not me talking on others)
I also released Jump rope and resistance band videos, so would love to hear when you all give those a try!

I'm really looking forward to the July videos. Basically the highlight of working out with you is the experience of being with you and hearing from you so I've missed that with the other videos on the channel.... looking forward to hearing you talking again :) :) I'll let you know if they live up to the hype haha.

I don"t know if it's just relevant to the july videos but I have enjoyed looking at the screen and catching you spontaneously smiling, it triggers my smile reaction, which makes movement more enjoyable.
Oh this is such a cool thing to recognize. Thank you so much. One time I think I sneeze in a video and a member said, "I said "BLESS YOU" thinking you could hear me!" haahhaahahha. LOVE THIS!

YES! Super pumped you like it. I'm in the process of a step one and a BOSU ball one (more MORE to come for sure!) Anything else you'd like added that you have!?
Hmmm… I have the tube resistance bands with handles that can be attached to a door frame too. I would love an upper body workout using those! Maybe one with a stability ball?! One utilizing a bench for hand weights? I have a decorative padded bench that is begging to be used for something other than looking pretty 🤣 Slider discs? I think that exhausts my home equipment!
I don’t even know what you do with a BOSU, so I’m excited to check it out to see if I want one!

I finally have made time to work out again, so I just joined the fitness channel. I have a gym membership but they do not do any yoga or stretching classes!! So I was so pleased to see the Stretching, Mobility and Balance classes. I also paddleboard once or twice a week cause it's summertime in Virginia and I am a 3 minute walk from the Occoquan River.
I did both 45 minute stretching workouts back to back thinking they were 30 minutes each. They were so relaxing that I did not watch the time. And my shoulders which always are hard were relaxed afterwards. I just did one 45 minute class today and got the same result. I like the talking and the non-talking classes. I agree that to look up and see you smile makes me smile. And I am going to strive to do these classes daily during the week.
You are just a joy to watch and listen too. Also the stretching classes have the right balance of stretch and strengthening. I am totally sweating the entire class and this is a great way to supplement my other summertime workouts. They are perfect workout/stretch classes!! My 56 year old body needs this sooo much!!

Joy- so pumped you are lovin' the stretch videos. I plan on adding more this year (I know that sounds like a long time away) but once we get our stuff set up here in Germany, it's full throttle subscription time! hahahaah
Loving the videos with cueing. Helpful to be kept on track with the exercises and also nice to have your company chatting through the whole thing :) Thanks heaps!!
YES! So pumped about this Anna, from now on 90% of them will be like that- I still have a couple in the cue with the videographer that aren't- but I'm also trying to figure out how to label them between then ones that are and aren't, so if anything crosses your mind, I'm all ears. Also, so PUMPED you enjoyed ENJOY them!

Taylor, I just remembered! I have two steps: one is from Golds Gym (I mean, I got them both from marketplace but they still have the names of them)
The one from Golds' Gym is smaller-
The taller one I have that has tons of risers with it is this one: oh shoot, it won't let me post a link....I'll DM you it.
I am enjoying the 15 minute step class. It's short enough that I can fit it into my day but by using the step, I am getting my blood pressure up. I would like more step classes and enjoy the shorter classes, either 15 or 30 minutes.
Carla, I appreciate this comment so much. When I filmed that class in particular- I had a BLAST! there was something different about it- so yes, there will be more step classes in the future. We are still waiting on our stuff to arrive in Germany, but I plan to upload MORE step videos for sure. I also love to hear that you are enjoying the shorter (15 min) videos. I have more of those on my list too!
