One thing that would be cool is ... bundles. Like for whatever level (Beg,Int, Adv) you click on one link that matches your level and if you'd see a bundle of workouts that by the end of the week would give your full body workout. Kind of like the 'ole "leg day," "arm day," thing.... but cooler. And all in one spot. Obviously you'd still listen your body and wouldn't have to do the WHOLE bundle, but there it would be conveniently wrapped and ready if you wanted it. :)

I love that you started a new thread and I LOVE this idea. I have this on my back burner, where I'm building the workouts (knowing that programming is in the future)
What would be your ideal length, obviously with flexibility built in- but like 6-12 weeks? throw anything out there- YOU are what I do this for!
I think I would love a 3 week or 6 week bundles.
3 for when it sounds too intimidating to start something long term, and 6 for when you're feeling confident of adding something new to your movement.
