What would you like to see added to the channel?
Hi Jamie! I am working my way through the HIIT and BYOB workouts and love varying workout structures and circuit lengths - I am kept guessing! One thing I would love are some workouts dedicated to core strengthening (maybe just 20 minutes though, because 45 minutes of core sounds...unpleasant...). Thank you so much!
Frances! This is WILD that you're asking me this b/c I JUST GOT done filming one for JULY! So, in July, there will be 20, 30 and 45 min options- but I WILL keep this in mind for future programming. Thank you SO much for you input- you all are the reason I do what I do!!!!

I am not sure if you have added one of the workouts when you do each exercise one time, but if you have, let me know where it is, and if you haven't, please do when you have time. Also, I love you and your classes! <3
YES! Betsy, I am trying out a couple new things- the NO REPEAT workout is coming out in July- and I edited it myself. So I would LOVE your feedback when you do it. Also, don't hate me- but it's not a DB one- it's a no equipment one-
BUT there will be another one coming out the NEXT month- I just filmed it (haven't edited it yet) In AUgust that I will MAIL YOU MYSELF!!! and that will be a no repeat Dumbbell one! and I LOVE YOU!
Getting better and better as more videos are added!! Having so much fun with this, Jamie!! I especially like the targeted sessions mixed in with the full body ones. Wanted to stand still today and tried the upper body 45. Perfect for how I wanted to move!! Thank You!!!

I'm really looking forward to the July videos. Basically the highlight of working out with you is the experience of being with you and hearing from you so I've missed that with the other videos on the channel.... looking forward to hearing you talking again :) :) I'll let you know if they live up to the hype haha.

ANNA! So pumped to hear what you think of the July ones- you and other people have been saying this, so I will be shifting this way. I'm not quite sure why I thought people wouldn't want me speaking the whole time? maybe bc I loathe the sound of my voice- hahahaha.

While I was doing a no repeat this morning (like them!!) I was thinking it would be SO cool to have workouts based on releasing or leaning into different emotions - like a sad workout, joyful workout, angry workout - I've never seen that before and am a therapist sooooo I think it'd be weird and awesome!

On the 5 minute movement, I named the dancing ones "joyful movement" but now I'm going to take it NEXT level! I love LOVE LOVE THIS!

Hi Jamie! I don't know if it's possible to have the ability to add a "note" to workouts we add to "my list". As I was adding one this morning, I thought that it would be nice if I could not why I liked it (no repeat, core, etc). Thanks!!
Jenn, so sorry for the super late reply (smacks head) I think that is a wonderful idea, and I will ask the crew at OTT how to do that. I'm not sure yet, but I will for sure find out an answer for you!

You should be able to toggle over a specific video (on the upper right hand side of the video) and something should
'appear' that says "add to my watchlist"
Once you have made your list-
it should appear on the MAIN browse page- I'm not sure if you can make notes/comment on them though? (further investigation for me)
Side note: I will never mind if you make comments on them in the comment section- even if they are for your reference- "I really liked the quick exercises and transitions in this one" or "this is a great one for lifting"
(obviously made those up- but that could maybe help too?
Me again! I would absolutely love it if you created a 5 minute movement to help strengthen pelvic floor / lower ab area. Had my kiddo 3.5 years ago but still feel a bit wobbly and would love to build that core strength.

Hi Jamie, what about a lying down/mat based stretch mobility class? I love that there are standing and seated options, but sometimes I just feel like having a purposeful lie on the mat where I can relax but also be doing lovely stretches
Anna, I love love LOVE this! THIS is totally what I love about this section- bc sometimes with programming, I get so laser focused and forget about stuff- so YES YES YES! Totally!
Hi Jaimie, I would love to see a 5 minute cool down. Sometimes I need a longer cool down or I do several 5 to 10 minute workouts and need to cool down. Also, end of the day after sitting bend over stretches. You might have that, but there are a lot and I may not have found it! Love the options! I love working out but need ways to fit it in. I also appreciate your enthusiasm ❤️

Just wanted to say that lately I have been enjoying weight training so would love the weighted workouts (like HIIT style and other weighted ones) to continue being added to. I just did the new stackable one and that was great!
