What you'll need:
-A block of Firm Tofu (in this video I'll show you how to press it without a tofu press) We use cutting boards, towels and weights (cans will work too)
-An Oven (so you can set it to 375-400 degF (varies per oven)
-Oil (I use olive oil in the video-and have used grape seed oil before too) Both work fine.
-Knife & Cutting board to slice after pressing
-Garlic powder, Onion Powder & Salt for seasoning
Instructions:
Drain and Press Tofu for 6-8 hours
Set oven to 375-400F and Slice into cubes 1cm -1cm cubes
Throw cubes in a bowl, toss about 1Tbsp EVOO, 1 tsp of (garlic, onion and salt) and toss
Layer out on baking sheet and bake for 20-30 min until cubes are golden brown.
eat by itself, or in a stir fry or on salads or whatever you want.
