WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
-a stove & big pot with lid
-coconut oil (or high heat oil)
-Popcorn kernels
-2tsp nutritional yeast
-1 tsp (dried basil, thyme, dill, garlic powder,)
-1/8 tsp salt
-Olive Oil
WHAT TO DO:
-mix the yeast, and all the dried herbs together in a small bowl
-Put the pot on medium/high heat and put 1TBSP coconut oil on the bottom + 3-4 popcorn kernels)
-LISTEN for the kernels to POP and then add another 1/2 CUP of kernels
-shake the pot and then stop popping when the time between pops has drastically decreased.
-Pour popcorn into a big bowl, rub with olive oil (or melted butter) and pour seasoning over it.
If you make a bunch, it stores great in an air tight bag for a couple days.
