This hybrid class (dance + cardio movements) is unlike any other. It combines non-choreographed movements (we move our body in whatever ways the music moves em') and then in between each song, we'll do 3-4 heart pumpin' movement. EQUIPMENT NEEDED: A safe/secure area to move around in, comfy clothes and a willingness to ealve perfection at the door. LEVEL: multi level as I give variations of the movements throughout. WARM UP
