Follow along with me, day by day as we move together for 5 minutes. In this program, you'll get a mix of all different types of ways to move your body in as little as 5 minutes. As always, the time allocation is a suggestion, maybe start with 3 minutes of the video, or 3 videos per week. I want you to use this a guide when you tell yourself "I have no clue where to even start"
