Special Equipment Workouts: Medicine Ball

Variety is the spice of life (so they say) and variety in the way we hold weight while we lift can be fun too! (and here comes rollin- the medicine ball) Build up your strength, endurance and athleticism by utilizing this fun piece of equipment. Your muscles will be challenged in a different way due to the grip of the help weight. In these workouts, I'll guide you through various classes that featuring Medicine Balls. As far as equipment goes, you'll need an open space (maybe a wall nearby if you like to touch on something for balance) and whatever size meddy ball you can wrap your arms around!- I hope you have a blast with these workouts!
