  • 5 Minute Movement; Warm Up / Upper Body

    Episode 1

    We'll be doing 8 different movements for 30 sec. I hope you enjoy this session!

  • 5 Minute Movement; Seated Floor Stretches

    Episode 2

    We'll be doing 5 different Seated Floor Stretches for 50sec, with a 10sec rest break to transition to the next.
    EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Mat, Belt Optional
    50 seconds of work, with a 10 second transition time
