A mix of gentle movements and movement that will challenge your balance. This video will leave you with a sense of warmth as well as challenge some of your standing balance.
Make sure you have an open area (+ mat if needed) and anything nearby to help with balance. As always, you know your body better than I do, please practice caution with the variation of balance movements.

In this 30 minute workout, you'll need a STEP in order to compete. You will do 4 circuits. Make sure (as far as the step goes- you choose something that you feel safe and secure to step up onto)
