Ragamuffin Makes: Roasted Veggie & Orzo Pasta
Episode 1
You'll Need:
-Various Veggies that you enjoy being roasted
-Chicken (or veggie) Broth,
-A box of Orzo
-Feta
-Nuts to Roast (I've used slivered Almonds and Pine nuts before)
-Lemon juice, Olive Oil, Salt + Pepper for the dressing.INSTRUCTIONS:
Cut and then Roast Veggies at 350F for 25-30minut... -
Ragamuffin Grills: Rogers' famous Chicken
Episode 2
Turn Grill on, then In the Kitchen for prep: Spread seasoning on both sides (all over chicken)
Once grill is heat up, put chicken on top rack.
FLIP/Rotate chicken EVERY 7 minutes for 28 (ish) minutes.Then, flip and bring to bottom rack and smother one side with sauce. (cook for another 5)

What you'll NEED:
BASE:
-1 head of cauliflower
-1 canned (drained) chickpeas
-1 tsp Olive Oil
-Tortillas (of your choice)SPICE RUB:
-1tsp (cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, chili powder (i omit this for my kiddo), and coconut powder
-1/2 tsp smoked paprika
